For each line item in an order, the three dimensions of the bounding box are meticulously assessed on the respective parts, employing either a Digital Caliper or a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) system. Should the dimensions of the particular part fall outside the specified tolerances inherent to the additive manufacturing process in use, the part is promptly rejected and slated for reprinting. In the event that this entails a delay, the 3DCareDesign Partner Support team will be promptly notified so that they can disseminate this information accordingly.
In scenarios where one or more line items within an order possess a higher quantity, it is imperative to conduct sample measurements. The determination of the sample size adheres to the guidelines set forth in the General Inspection Level II, as stipulated by ISO 2859-1, contingent upon the total number of units involved.
